Applying means you agreed to all four.
rule 1
Nobody campaigns in any form
No parade participant may campaign for or against any political candidate or issue anywhere in or along the route.
Rule 2
Hand items to attendees.
Never throw them
Everything you give away must be handed directly to parade attendees. That includes candy and promotional items.

No paper fliers or stickers
Do not give away paper fliers or stickers.
They end up on the street and stay there after the parade.

Line-up numbers arrive by the end of August
Your line-up number and staging details arrive by email once your entry is confirmed. We post them online by the end of August.
